Position Summary
The selected candidate will play a key role in facilitating trade-based training programs and supporting students' practical learning. This role is vital in ensuring that TVET programs remain up-to-date, innovative, and aligned with global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver training sessions aligned with module outcomes.
Create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
Manage classroom activities and maintain discipline.
Regularly update training materials to meet international standards.
Conduct student assessments and provide timely feedback.
Guide students in compiling professional portfolios.
Submit student performance reports to supervisors.
Ensure maintenance of tools and equipment in the trade.
Collaborate with academic staff and industry professionals to enhance training relevance.
Organize student coaching sessions and technical demonstrations.
Mentor students in developing innovative product and service designs.
Conduct research on trade development trends.
Maintain accurate records of student progress, especially at-risk learners.
Support the institution’s marketing efforts (e.g., open days).
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree in French and Kinyarwanda with Education — No experience required.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Kinyarwanda and French — No experience required.
Required Competencies and Technical Skills:

Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
Familiarity with Rwanda’s TVET system
Ability to solve problems effectively
Fluency in English
Strong grasp of psychometric and analytical domains
